As the most tenured driver on the logistics team, Brian has spent the last 29 years proving that consistency and a positive attitude are the keys to a successful career in construction.
Trucking Manager Donnie Smith, who has worked alongside Brian for years, doesn’t hold back when describing Brian’s impact on the fleet. Donnie shared. “He’s always early, he’s laid back, and he does his job extremely well. He’s got a perfect track record with the company!”
Beyond his technical skill, Brian is known for being a strong advocate for his team. Whether he’s keeping his truck spotless or jumping in to help a colleague solve a challenge, Brian is completely self-sustainable and reliable.
For Brian, the love for the job comes from a lifelong passion for the outdoors. “I’ve always been an outdoors person, and I love the work,” he shared. But for him, it isn’t just about the equipment or the sites; it’s about the people.
“We have a great team here. Everyone gets along really well, and that makes the job even better.” His advice for anyone looking to join the industry is simple: “If you like to work outside and like construction, this company is an exceptional place to be.”
