Ben joined our team in 2014 and has spent the past decade hauling both asphalt and gravel across the Mid-South. Known for his reliability, strong work ethic, and immaculate truck, Ben takes tremendous care in everything he does. His attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed — whether it’s the way he keeps his truck clean or the way he approaches every haul with professionalism.
Donnie Smith, Trucking Manager, shared immense praise for Ben’s stewardship. “Wait until you see his truck — he keeps it spotless. He’s a good driver who takes care of everything he’s responsible for. He’s neat, dependable, and always ready to roll, day or night. If you need him, all you have to do is call.”
For Ben, trucking is more than just a job — it’s a craft he takes pride in every single day. “I treat it like it’s my own… It’s my home away from home,” Ben said. He proudly added, “I’m going to retire from here. I put my heart and soul into my job.”
