We do this through:

- Equipping all team members with appropriate personal protective equipment in the field.
- Coaching the team on “STCKY” compliance — The “stuff that can kill you.”
- Implementing incident reporting and investigation methods prioritizing employee well-being, followed by corrective actions to address root causes.
- Enforcing a lock-out, tag-out procedure that prohibits work on energized equipment.
- Establishing a comprehensive fleet safety policy outlining driver qualifications and responsibilities.
