Throughout his career at Dickerson & Bowen, Jamie has established a reputation for being someone who is always ready to step up when needed. Whether he is addressing a familiar task or taking on a new challenge, he approaches every opportunity with a commitment to learning, improving, and finding the best solution. His proactive mindset and willingness to go wherever he is needed have made him a trusted leader and a valuable asset to the team.
Ryan Kennedy, Asphalt Plants Manager, has seen Jamie’s talent firsthand.
“Jamie is highly dedicated to whatever task is put in front of him,” Kennedy said. “He tackles every challenge, whether it’s one he has done 100 times or never, with the same intention: to learn something from it. When [maintenance needs arise] around the plant sites, you don’t even have to call him,” he joked. “He has an intuition and just shows up ready to work. He is a fantastic individual and will devote his efforts to growing Dickerson & Bowen’s maintenance program.”
As the company continues to strengthen and expand its maintenance program, Jamie’s guidance will play an important role in its success.
